Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kirkland Lake

I was charged for 2 different rooms so I called the property but because I booked and paid online they were not able to reverse one of the charges, however they provided the information for both booking agencies that charged my credit card, who directed me to Wyndham customer care. The issue was resolved the next day.

Hotel was clean, staff were all very friendly and greeted you everytime you walked past. Breakfast options were great, even had gluten free bread available upon request for my wife (who has an allergy). Pool & fitness facility were great and very clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very well equipped and comfortable.

very friendly staff, different flavours of fresh fruit infused water every day was a really nice touch.

Great breakfast. Very helpful with our dog. Went out of their way to help.
