Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Kirkland Lake

Bright and clean with extremely friendly staff at check-in and at breakfast. Although the hot tub was closed the pool was refreshing after a long drive. Plenty of space to walk the dog before bed and in the morning. Very good restaurant recommendations from front desk.

Hot Breakfast was great. Especially the Pumpkin Spice Waffles! Good hours for swimming pool access. Location is good. Service was efficient. Rooms were very clean. Good access to room heat adjustment. Staff were great, Thank you!

I was charged for 2 different rooms so I called the property but because I booked and paid online they were not able to reverse one of the charges, however they provided the information for both booking agencies that charged my credit card, who directed me to Wyndham customer care. The issue was resolved the next day.

A well run hotel, nice facilities, clean and well appointed.

Hotel was clean, staff were all very friendly and greeted you everytime you walked past. Breakfast options were great, even had gluten free bread available upon request for my wife (who has an allergy). Pool & fitness facility were great and very clean. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very well equipped and comfortable.
